1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at fv99 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). There are no hidden charges in the deposit process, however the payment provider may apply their own fees which are the user's responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals apply only to registered and verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests will be paid out via the same method used to deposit.
• Processing time may increase due to verification delays.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at fv99 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. fv99's current wagering multiplier is 10x the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,500 × 10) in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• fv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

fv99's VIP program has four tiers. Based on regular play, players can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and contribution to the platform. Cashback benefits will be applied at a set time each week and separate terms may apply.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting features on fv99 are operated through a fair and transparent process. Every outcome is governed entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Operating games using bots, scripts, or automated software.

• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud.
